On Friday 7th February 2020, the Vice Lord Lieutenant, Mr Harry Frew, was invited to open the new children’s recreation area in Coldstream: Laughing Ducks Soft Play.<\/p>\n

The owners, Anna and Jon have spent seven years preparing what is a fantastic facility for the Grand Opening when the red ribbon was cut by Harry allowing local children to enter the under cover recreation area. There are two main play areas (the one for older children has go-karts), a sensory room and a party room, plus a cafe which serves excellent coffee and light snacks to eat-in or take-away.<\/p>\n

Laughing Ducks are supporting two locally run charities, Cash for Kids and Meeting of The Minds. The Lieutenancy were very happy to be part of the opening ceremony and wish Laughing Ducks every success.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Laughing Ducks Soft Play is located on Guards Road in Coldstream. You can find more about the centre through their Facebook page<\/a><\/p>\n
